Depending on the extended warranty pan you have will depend on the coverage. Not all extended warrantied cover service call fees, shipping charges and some have specific exclusions.
If the warranty work is not covered the customer will be notified with the costs, we will wait for approval from the customer to continue the work. If approved the customer will be responsible for payment. If not approved then all diagnostics cost will still be due
We need the year, make, model and VIN of the camper, location of campground, site number, description of the problem including any model numbers. Pictures of the problem and s signed service agreement
